For all those who have been waiting in anticipation for the internet telephone and messaging company Skype to release it’s IPO, well the time has come. On the first week of August 2010 Skype registered with the FCC in the IPO market to release it’s company from private to go up on the market to the public. No specific date has been initially recorded yet to when it will appear on the market but it will probably be soon.

Skype has talked for years of a public offering on the market but news just circulated the investing world and nothing was ever done with it. Skype has a very big user database and has around 500,000,000 users and has a steady income from it’s services. It’s financials look great up to this point and they have predicted it to bring in a much bigger revenue and income after it has been released to the public for trade.

Goldman Sachs will me the major underwriter of the stock and handling the IPO. There has been no initial offering price stated in any release as of today so keep your eye’s peeled for the striking price.

As the tax incentives rolled out for buying news cars and tax credits for buying a new or first home markets soared up to 11,000 points. Some of the many millions out of work were called back to work, as some of the markets started to steady out and manufacturing began to see a positive increase in production and sales but like any good times go, there is always bad times to follow it’s just the way life works but you have to be smart and take the good with the bad as it is dealt accordingly to everyone in some form or fashion.

As we watch the markets fall back and drop 1200 points from it’s high of around 11,000+ it’s important to understand that even with all the tax credits in the world given out that these aren’t going to be enough to fuel a economy for any long period of time. Census jobs have now ended and some of the same people who were hit hard by this recession, now find themselves once again out of work.

With each recession we have had in America and around the globe we always see new, fresh companies develop from them. Some go on to be big corporations and some stay small but pack one hell of a punch and continue to grow over time, as they figure out where they stand in line with big business. Penny markets are a brutal game but the brutality can be managed through finding out as much information as possible about there leadership, products and future out looks within there sector of business.

The penny stock markets share many huge booms and just as many bangs as companies fight to push forward above the next company to gain a big spot one day in to the top markets in the world. IPO’s open up almost weekly and you to can share in the up rise in the stock markets hay day. The web has a vast library of many things to research a stock pick and all the tools necessary to return a sizable income from your initial investment but just as there is much information online there are many out there willing to screw you and take you for a death ride to a 100% lose.

Always be prepared to research and get as deep into a companies background as far as you can read. Look at charts to see where there pricing history lays and wither they had a steady roller coaster or one big jump then a long stint of nothing or being inactive.

Te penny markets are a true life game of making and breaking one’s pocket and like any game in life we have to decide which game best fits our needs and goals .

So where is the skype IPO at and will it actually make it to the ipo market before the end of June 2010. Well that is a good question becasue from all the buzz that has been circulating on the market news and across all marketing boards stated that Skype would seek a IPO in the first 6 months of 2010 but isn’t the end of June the end of the first 6 months that the IPO was stated as being on the market.

Ebay has talked since they purchased skype about bringing it public to help generate more revenue and skype has just the appeal needed to take the helm of success but the simple fact is there has been no new news about the IPO of Skype and searches on news just bring back the information we already know it was simply talked about.

I have been googling and looking all over the web and simply have found no new news about the possibility of a skype ipo in the works. So again will this internet telecommunication company even see a ipo or was ebay just hyping it up in hopes it would generate some buzz to try and drive more members of the service.

What part of the first half of 2010 are we talking about the year or the companies fiscal year. These are two different terms when it comes to business. Fiscally april to april is the fiscal year so are we talking more the end of the 2010 year who knows only ebay can answer that question and at this moment all the news seems to be trenched in mystery.

Arox a chemical company on the OTC exchange. Opened at a meager $.002 and topped $.014 on the charts June 18th 2010. I purchased (AROX) back about 3 weeks ago. Bought up 16,414 shares at $.0027 total investment was $54.30 including total share price plus E-Trades $9.99 commission fee.

I sold out at $.014 which left me a positive gainer of $166.79 after share price and commissions on buying and selling. (AROX) dropped back down midday to around $.0085 and then at close closed out at $.0035. I suspect this stock will have a ride up in the not so distant future.

I encourage everyone who reads my blog to check out AROX company name Alderox Inc. They deal in chemical mixtures for asphalt and paving materials. Don’t wait to be on the tail end of the next big jump. Grab it before it rides back up for yet another gainer.

I guess my thoughts are a little jumbled at this present point with the markets. We were looking good reaching over 11,000 points and what looked to be a pretty good turn around in the markets. Housing sales up, some employment coming around and things looked to be leveling out in some fashions but as soon as the rest of the world began feeling there own financial crisis are we still in a recovery state or are we now going to hit the bottom finally of this whole dreaded financial mess.

Everyday for the past week we have watched the Dow Jones take 100-200 point plunges at market opening and some days they have rebounded to only finish a few points in the positive but why. What signals are we not catching and with the constant news about the oil spill off the Gulf Coast is this the driver of this gigantic Dow Jones disruption.

I have watched Caterpillar and John Deere both release forecasts of ramping up production and caterpillar beat the Wall Street projections. The day Caterpillar released it’s financial status and credit ratings were climbing again and forward look into the next quarter where set to be much better then the first quarter. Stocks rose about $5.00 which seems to be a normal trend then they normally drop back a few bucks but few bucks is far from where it seemed to drop at this present time. I have watched Caterpillar lose over $11.00 a share and dipping down on open today at $59.00 a share and of course John Deere always follows since they run in the same markets with Caterpillar.

Caterpillar has said there over all progress in the foreign markets were growing and business was picking up much better then expected but why is the stock prices dropped so much and exactly what is driving the markets to simply plummet to scary lows.

EVXA purchased 4,000 shares on April 30th for .005 per a share. It rose to .0213 and it sucks something fierce when you can sell due to contract obligations to hold it for a week before dumping it. I would suggest buying into EVXA. This week. With a movement on open and the beginning of a fresh week this in my opinion is worth a small investment. My investment was small but pennies are about walking away with something.

Number one rule in trading walk away up. No matter if that stock rises more I like to keep with the rule better to walk away a winner then lose everything at once.

EVXA opened at $.008 and traded in the upwards of $.027 for the day finishing off at $.02 with a $.0127 gain equaling a 173.97% gain. It is my recommendation to buy into this. EVXA deals in oil spill technology anda few other red bag medical waste deals. They created a technology in the oil industry and like every company have been hit with downfalls due to the economy. I believe this company will see great strides and gains in the coming future.

I have purchased even more of this stock as I have a gut feeling this could hit some more highs for the week and coming months.

(PINKSHEETS: EWPI), an investor in generic based pharmaceutical companies manufacturing within developing nations, announces that African Global Pharma Ghana Ltd has formed an exclusive marketing and distribution agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Sunyani, Ghana. Emerging World Pharma had earlier provided an investment into African Global Pharma and has an option to increase their investment and percentage of profits by up to 25%.

The Diocese of Sunyani will be the sole distributor for all the drugs manufactured by African Global Pharma Ghana Ltd. This strategic partnership will allow priority access to Catholic Mission Hospitals in Ghana, West Africa and the rest of the African continent.

African Global Pharma will produce a variety of medicines including, antibiotics and anti-malarials. There are a total of thirteen different medicines to begin production with a further eighteen to be registered later on as production capacity is expanded.

The partnership will also include the eventual opening of a research facility to be determined and approved by the board at the University of the Diocese. The focus will be on the research and development for new medicines and for the training of students in this pharmacological field.

Emerging World Pharma company president, Brandon Keks is returning to Africa this week to further assess progress of the generic drug manufacturing facilities and to continue business relations with African Global Pharma Inc. “I am told that the production facilities are right on schedule and that equipment will be set up and test runs will begin in the next few weeks,” added Keks.
